In a last minute desire to see some of the highlights in Vancouver, our hotel concierge connected us to this company. Precisely at 11:00, Randy, our driver, showed up and off we went. There were 4 adults and we were extremely comfortable in his vehicle. I am currently wearing a heavy leg brace and relying on a cane. Randy put me in the front seat and anytime we stopped or started he was extremely careful with me reentering his vehicle. Extremely patient. Very pleasant speaking voice, he toured us through several neighborhoods of Vancouver; brought us to the Gastown area, Stanley Park and Granville Island and Market. A perfect day with a great tour guide!

I would like to thank you again for the excellent service you provide! I know we were only a short city tour and transfer for our family for a cruise vacation but you made us all feel so comfortable. Both drivers were very informative about the Vancouver area and offered a great narrative about the city sites. The cars were both on time (early in fact) very clean and comfortable. Both drivers were polite and very helpful with my elderly parents. Thank you again, and if the need arises I will definitely use your company again.

Jentry Morgan was our guide for four fun filled days from Banff to Jasper and then to Edmonton. He was extremely engaging, honest and entertaining. He was also very thoughtful and helpful, and gave good suggestions. I want to thank him also recommend him highly.

Quality of service is unbeatable

We (tourists from Germany, so we apologize for our language) booked a half day tour for Calgary. We have to say that we never had such a wonderful tour experience for now as yesterday. Your driver Peter was excellent, as driver (always felt safe), as tour guidance and as assistant. Everything we asked for (and even much more) was fulfilled by him with professionalism and kindness. We really did not feel like paying guests but more as family members. We spent a most beautiful day and say once again thank you for this great experience. We highly recommend your company and especially our great driver Peter Hayer.

Fantastic service

Star limousine excellent,and BOB was icing on the cake!!! As we arrived in Vancouver, we had booked a private Vancouver city tour .Our driver/ tour guide Bob Van Beers ,drove us around to all the main attractions of the city. We thought Vancouver was a pretty and clean city, with beautiful outdoor sights. Bob was a great tour guide and had very good knowledge of the city. We wasn't rushed and had a good pace on a beautiful day. Bob recommended a restaurant for lunch , and his advice was perfect, the restaurant was great. He left us to take our time and enjoy a excellent meal. When driving with Bob my wife casually mentioned her feet was cold because she didn't where Sox. She also mentioned we were traveling to Whistler the next day. Low and behold when Bob picked us up after lunch, he had picked up two pair of Sox and a magazine of the attractions of whistler. Bob walked along with us pointing out the things of local interest . Couldn't of had a better guide and knowledgeable person with a personality to fit his profession !
